Little Beginnings
Sprouted Ragi Flour
Sprouted ragi is naturally rich in calcium and fibre, making it a traditional favourite for growing children. Carefully sprouted, gently dried, and ground along with Almonds, Cashew and Pistachios to preserve its goodness and enhance the taste.
Preparation
How to use
Mix 3 tablespoons of Sprouted Ragi Flour with 1 cup of water (adjust water for your preferred consistency). Stir well until completely lump-free before placing it on the stove. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously. As the mixture thickens, it will become difficult to stir. Continue cooking until it loosens slightly to a smooth, porridge-like consistency. Transfer to a bowl and serve warm. Add ghee, jaggery, palm sugar, or your preferred sweetener if desired.
