A crispy pearl millet dosa served alongside a spicy red chutney made with onions, garlic, coconut, and gingerly oil. A comforting breakfast that's as nourishing as it is delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Pearl Millet Flour
- Salt to taste
- Water
How to Prepare
- In a mixing bowl add the flour and salt.
- Whisk well with water, until it reaches a good runny consistency.
- Heat the tawa, rub oil and "shhhh" let the dosa magic begin!
- Allow the Dosa to cook on medium flame.
- Serve with a spicy chutney to have a perfect balance of heat and subtleness!
MIL Tip
To add more flavor to the dosa, add sauted onions, green chillis and curry leaves tempered with mustard and bengal gram.
