This simple porridge is easy to digest, rich in calcium and perfect for growing little ones.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sprouted Ragi Flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Milk (or water)
- 1 tsp Jaggery (optional)
- A pinch of Cardamom Powder
- 1 tsp Ghee (optional)
How to Prepare
- In a small bowl, mix ragi flour with a little water to make a smooth, lump-free paste.
- Boil water (or milk) in a pan.
- Add the ragi paste while stirring continuously.
- Cook on low flame until it thickens and turns smooth.
- Add jaggery and cardamom. Mix well. Add ghee if using and serve warm.

Always cook ragi on low flame and stir well. That's the secret to a smooth porridge!
